Whether you’re a frequent flyer or occasional vacationer, there are very few joys of flying. One of the arts that has been lost since commercial airlines started was the delivery of safety instructions dictated in a monotone voice by the stewards. They seemingly want nothing to do with it, and it’s definitely not something I want interrupting my TV viewing.
But Southwest Airlines flight attendant Martha “Marty” Cobb is about to change the way you view safety announcements forever! The self-proclaimed “Sky Goddess” gets everyone’s attention immediately upon her opening lines, “My ex-husband, my new boyfriend, and their divorce attorney are going to show you the safety features aboard this 737 800 series.”
