Marlana Vanhoose is no ordinary teen. According to Kentucky Sports, the Paintsville high school student is blind and was born with Cytomegalovirus, a virus that can cause developmental disabilities. She sang at a Kentucky women’s basketball game when she was 16 years old, and the crowd had no idea what they were about to witness.
“It was the best performance we’ve ever had here at Memorial Coliseum,” Head Coach Matthew Mitchell told Kentucky Sports. “What an unbelievable voice on a little bitty girl.” Get ready to be blown away, and possibly shed a few tears.
