Gracie and Quincy Latkovski love dancing and performing together. The only issue is that Gracie uses a wheelchair because of her cerebral palsy and cystic fibrosis. Although the 9-year-old does have special needs it doesn’t stop these two wonderful kids from getting on stage and putting on a performance that will make the hair on your arm stand up. Quincy begins the dance as Gracie’s reflection in a wheelchair, only to stand up and begin dancing with her…wheelchair included.
